Our Scotch steaks come from grass -fed cattle reared locally in the Angus area. They are Dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days in a Himalayan salt chamber, before being grilled over charcoal in our Josper oven to your preference.

The following steaks are served with Roasted Vine Tomatoes & Garlic Mushrooms, Onion Rings & either Chunky Chips or a Baked Potato that comes fully loaded with Cheese, Bacon Bits, Sour Cream & Spring Onions.

Speciality Steaks

A Hanger steak grilled on our Josper (med-rare) served with an
Argentinian Chimichurri sauce, herb truffle fries & a mixed green salad.

A tender centre-cut 8oz fillet steak is grilled to your liking then stuffed with jalapeño cream cheese, it’s sat on a bed of Portobello mushrooms & finished with a rich red pepper sauce. Served with a corn mash & a tortilla garnish.
