A chicken breast stuffed with prawns, mushrooms, onions, peppers and cheddar cheese then char-grilled. Served with tomato and mushroom cream sauce over rice or pasta.

A fillet of salmon is lightly seasoned and then cooked just the way you like it, blackened Cajun style, or grilled to perfection on the barbie. Served with fries, coleslaw and cucumber dill sauce for dipping.
