A plump chicken fillet, stuffed with Dijon cream cheese then breaded & cooked to perfection. Served with creamy pepper sauce, mustard mash & vegetables.

Cajun marinated chicken tenderloins, served in a delicious creamy
peanut satay sauce with vegetable rice, chillies & crispy kale.

A fresh haddock fillet, coated in a lightly spiced beer batter & fried until golden. Served with fries, mushy peas & home-made tartare sauce.

Tender, meaty baby-back pork ribs are basted with hickory BBQ sauce & cooked low-n-slow. We then roast them in the Josper & serve with BBQ beans, coleslaw & chunky chips.

This is a lightly spiced sweet dish from the Caribbean. Chicken is flavoured with all spice, cinnamon & nutmeg then grilled. Served with mango orange BBQ sauce, grilled banana wrapped in bacon, rice & vegetables.

An Aussie staple – breaded chicken breast with marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella & parmesan cheese & served with fries & salad or spaghetti pasta.

A fillet of salmon is lightly seasoned & then cooked just the way you like it, blackened Cajun style, or simply grilled to perfection on the barbie. Served with fries, coleslaw & cucumber dill sauce for dipping.
