Locally reared Scotch beef is dry-aged in a Himalayan salt chamber for a minimum of 28days & left on the bone for maximum flavour. Served with Skin-on Fries, mixed green salad & Café de Paris butter.

Our 8oz Steak burger is topped with the French Emperor’s favourite cheese - Roquefort (the cheese of Kings & Popes). It’s served on a toasted Brioche Bun with Caramelised Onions, Peppery Rocket & a Horseradish Mayo. Accompanied with Garlic & Rosemary Skin-on Fries & with a side of rich Bordelaise sauce.

Three Soft Tacos served with a Sriracha Aioli - choose from either:

Buttermilk Fried Chicken is coated in spicy Buffalo sauce & served in a freshly toasted Brioche Bun with creamy Buffalo Spread. Accompanied with Skin-on Fries & a side of Blue Cheese dip.

Rockpool founder’s famous burger in Slider form - 3 x 3oz Locally Reared, Grass-fed Steak Burgers with Gruyere Cheese, Crispy Bacon, Tomato & Chilli Relish and Red Onion Pickle.

Baby-gem Lettuce, Kale, Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onion, Marinated Feta & Pita Chips Tossed in our Greek Yoghurt-Lemon Dressing & Topped with Crispy Falafel.
