All burgers are cooked medium well on the chargrill and served in a gluten free bun. Comes with fries, salad and coleslaw unless otherwise specified. These mouth watering hand-pressed burgers are prepared with 8oz of the finest, fresh 100% Scottish steak mince.

This was specifically designed to satisfy the needs of a very, very, very hungry person. This is our double meat, double cheese, mushrooms, onions, bacon and chilli.

We char-grill a chicken breast, smother it in a hickory BBQ sauce top it with mushrooms and blanket it with a layer of melted mozzarella cheese.

Topped with creamy Swiss Gruyere cheese, truffled mayo, crispy Proscuitto, & served with Truffle & Parmesan gourmet Chips.

Buttery Spanish Manchego cheese, sweet candied bacon, crispy fried onions & spicy Nduja mayo.

A Hanger steak is grilled on our Josper (med-rare)& served with Argentinian Chimichurri sauce, herb truffle fries & baby leaf salad.

Tender meaty pork ribs slow roasted and basted with a hickory BBQ sauce. Served with BBQ beans, coleslaw and fries.

This is a lightly spiced sweet dish from the Caribbean. Chicken is flavoured with chilli, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg then grilled.
Served with mango orange sauce, grilled banana wrapped in bacon,
rice and vegetables.

A fillet of salmon is lightly seasoned and then cooked just the way you like it, blackened cajun style, or grilled to perfection on the barbie. Served with fries, salad, coleslaw and cucumber dill sauce for dipping.

Gluten-free pasta or rice topped with sautéed of mushrooms, onions and ham, blended with garlic and fresh cream.

Strips of blackened Cajun chicken breast cooked together with sautéed bacon, mushrooms and onions in a Cajun cream sauce over gluten free pasta or rice.
