Houmous, roasted peppers, carrots, red onions and greens rolled together in a corn tortilla.

Chargrilled Chicken, ham, cheddar cheese and bacon rolled together with lettuce, tomato and mayo in a
corn tortilla.





Marinated feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, Kalamata olives and cos lettuce tossed with red wine and oregano vinaigrette.

Strips of warm coconut fried chicken, red onion, peppers, banana and greens tossed in a passion fruit vinaigrette.



Soft corn tortillas rolled around a sour cream chicken, with cheese, peppers, onion, jalapenos and spice filling, smothered with a mild chilli sauce and lots of melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Served with salad, rice and refried beans.

Cheddar cheese and mozzarella mix, onions, jalapenos and fresh coriander sandwiched between two corn tortillas and then grilled. Served with our own salsa, sour cream and guacamole and a side salad.

A generous bowl of Roos’ own chilli, served with rice, sour cream, jalapenos and tortilla chips.

Tender strips of chicken, beef, or vegetables with sautéed onions and peppers. Served with sides of cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and jalapenos. Corn tortillas also provided on the side.

A corn tortilla rolled around a savoury filling of chicken cheese, onions, jalapeno peppers with the right amount of spices to give it that Mexican Madness! Smothered in melted mozzarella cheese, sour cream and salsa. Served with rice, salad and tortilla chips.

Smothered with our meaty home-made chilli and blanketed with cheddar cheese.

Topped with steak sauce, creamy gorgonzola, and sauteed onions.

Smothered with a smoky, delicious hickory BBQ sauce, then topped with crispy bacon and a blanket of melted mozzarella.

A true Aussie burger would not be complete without cheddar cheese, an egg sunnyside up, grilled pineapple, bacon and juicy beetroot slices. “What a beaut!”

To spice things up we’ve added jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, guacamole and cheddar.

Char-grilled Portobello mushroom with mozzarella, parmesan, fried onions and tomato pesto.


We only use 100% top quality, aged, Angus beef. All Steaks are available char-grilled or blackened cajun style. Served with and your choice of fries or baked potato, and salad or vegetables.
All steaks are weighed uncooked.

Marinated strips of chicken, served over rice and a delicious creamy, peanut satay sauce.

Tender meaty pork ribs slow roasted and basted with a hickory BBQ sauce. Served with BBQ beans, coleslaw and fries.

This is a lightly spiced sweet dish from the Caribbean. Chicken is flavoured with chilli, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg then grilled. Served with mango orange sauce, grilled banana wrapped in bacon, rice and vegetables.

A chicken breast stuffed with prawns, mushrooms, onions, peppers and cheddar cheese then char-grilled. Served with tomato and mushroom cream sauce over rice.

A fillet of salmon is lightly seasoned and then cooked just the way you like it, blackened Cajun style, or grilled to perfection on the barbie. Served with fries, salad, coleslaw and cucumber dill sauce for dipping.

Rice topped with sautéed of mushrooms, onions and ham, blended with garlic and fresh cream.

Strips of blackened Cajun chicken breast cooked together with sautéed bacon, mushrooms and onions in a Cajun cream sauce over rice.
