The onion ‘flower’ is dipped in seasoned batter then deep fried to golden brown and served with 1000 island dressing. Serves two or more (when available).

Chicken tender loins are marinated in Cajun seasoning then dipped in beer batter and deep fried until crisp and golden. Served with honey mustard dip.

Shrimp coated in a Cajun spiced batter, fried and tossed in a mixed green salad with a sesame ginger dressing and served with an aioli dip.

Salted and peppered calamari rings fried till golden, served with a tequilla lime mayo and garnished with chilli and spring onion.
